  I am always delighted to serve Saint George's as a supply priest when the Rev'd Bridgeforth is away. This small congregation is welcoming and gracious. Their modern space suits them well.

  What is so great about this Episcopal Church is the education you get Sundays (11:15 AM following the 10AM service), Tuesdays (noon) and Thursdays (6PM). The instructor is the Assistant to the Director General of the International Order of St. Vincent (an Episcopalian Brotherhood for acolytes,) who has years of experience teaching both Lay and Clergy about the Early Church. They give you Keurig coffee and tea, and lots of goodies to feed the body while the mind is being filled with thoughts about God. The attendees said that they were learning stuff they had never heard before - and its all Anglican theology to the core, but not dogmatic, and so is useful for any faith. There were Episcopalians,previous: Baptists, Christian Scientist, Church of God, and Roman Catholics in the class.
