  Jim Sosebee was wonderful to my mom and my son and I when he took care of my dad. They treated my dad with respect and helped to honor him. The Iva Chapel is beautiful.

  Jim Sosebee and his staff were wonderful to us during the death of my husband.. They were very caring and compassionate and treated my husband with respect. Their chapel in Iva is amazing and a beautiful place for a service!

  The employees were very rude rushing the friends and family threw the service, additionally the funeral home has harassed the widow of the deceased after services rendered were compensated.

  Robert and his family did an incredible job listening to my brother's wishes after the death of his wife. Robert is extremely professional and took care of every detail quickly and efficiently. He was so easy to talk to and communicated everything to the family, and was always available to the family for any question or need. We could not have been happier. We highly recommend Robert and his family of Sosebee as a top-notch business.

  Jim, was a very rude and so condescending piece of work. I called to inquire about a loved one in their care, not only was no one helpful, but after checking with the courthouse to verify the legality of claim for our family's rights, I called the funeral home to not only apologize, but to say thank you for their patience, this person, because I WILL NOT CALL HIM A MAN, OR MUCH LESS A GENTLEMAN, was so very rude and talked over me when I was wanting only to say, that he was correct and to please except my apology for taking up his time. How very unprofessional can anyone be. I pray that his family will not be a victim as we are to the ruthless money hungry people who prey on elderly with whom they are dealing with. You should be ashamed Jim for your actions during this time of bereavement of our family, how heartless of you to say what you did and hung up on someone who listened to you but YOU did not return the same curtsy. Shame on you Jim, and I pray there is someone at this business that feels some responsible to rebuild the public's confidence.
